Amazing staff! They saw me quickly, were kind, and knowledgeable ♥️🤟
I have been going to this dermatologist for several years. I arrived for my annual appointment and was told that they no longer accept my insurance. I drove one hour and 45 minutes to get to the appointment. I was told that it would need to be self-pay.
I was extremely disappointed with the care (or lack there of) with this dermatology office. My initial visit with Janelle she didn’t even look at my skin, just sat at a computer, typed and wrote a script for a topical medication. I proceeded to ask “aren’t you going to take a biopsy or skin scrap? Do you think it may be psoriasis or eczema.” Nope. My follow up visit was a 5 minute FaceTime which I was just sent a $40 charge for. During this quick call Janelle prescribed four medications: 2 oral and 2 topical. Three days late... read more
I think they throw a dart to see what sticks… Felt like a guinea pig, nothing worked and only made me worse… Not to mention zero follow up after I reached out notifying them of a bad reaction I was having to medication(s) they prescribed.
The staff, nurse and doctor were pleasant. However neither the nurse or doctor took the time to actually look at the issue my daughter came in for. They didn't touch, turn on any lights to visibly see the issue. It was rather disappointing considering the appointment was for my daughter. Although the doctor reassured me, she didn't even really look at the issue we came in for.
