I won’t be returning. Unfortunately, something as simple as properly inflating my tires wasn’t handled correctly, and time after time there always seems to be something that gets messed up. Consistency is very important to me, and I value good, reliable service. As a loyal customer, this ongoing pattern is especially disappointing. I expect a higher level of attention to detail, and this experience fell short of that standard.
Fantastic service Got a Front Break Job, alignment and new Right Front tire while I went over to Reid's Deli and for a beer. In :45min, I had all this done and the car problems solved. I didn't have to hop through hoops and make appointment, drop my car off and take an Uber home.
Was stuck on the side of the road but these guys went above and beyond to change my tire. When it comes to customer service, dependability and patience they will show nothing short if it..yall have a loyal customer.
