I was unable to walk as had a back pain flare up really bad. I was referred from a&e only to meet a physio who was of no help at all. I asked him multiple times what the problem was and if he can explain it to me and kept dodging the question saying I should be more fit (mum of two working full time) gave me three exercises and was very rude throughout and discharged me. The Physio team is brilliant but the reception team is a complete joke. They never answer the phone and I have also been sat there in the waiting room whilst the phone is ringing and they are in the back office all talking away comppletely ignoring it. Young lady was also just sat there on here phone not answering. Complete let down to the actual physio's.

I've been sat in waiting area physio department and the receptionist are sat talking and on there phones whilst the phone is constantly ringing don't know how they keep there jobs

Receptionist that sits on the right side of the desk is extremely rude and unprofessional. She needs some humbling and lovehoney

Physiotherapist I have been seeing is good, but needed to cancel an appointment and it seems they just don't pick up the phone. It rings for a while then they hang up. Very poor. Wonder whether they will contact me to say I didn't turn up. I rang main reception on the very slight off chance they could email them, but they just put you through and again they hang up after a few rings. This needs sorthing.
