I've only been here a few months the receptionist are really lovely Helen really nice to chat very helpful,the doctors to Dr Khan I think he's called he's a very good doctor i spoke tovhin about my spondylotis and Dr oliver ,both good doctors Dr oliver got me referral for my heart due to palpitations which i really appreciate
Had an appointment with Dr Gallagher who was extremely friendly, thorough and kind. Dr suggested some blood tests for me, asked to book an appointment at reception who managed to get me in straight away! Saw Rebecca who took my bloods and she again was really friendly, explained the whole process and was really quick and efficient. Really impressed by the service today, thank you.
Diabetic nurse wasn’t helpful, would not consider methods to help. Would only quote textbook answers and say the same like a recorded line. Go elsewhere.
Fast and reliable service, great staff, lovely ambiance.
Came away from consultation feeling listened to, knowing plan for the future. Really positive experience. Many thanks.
