Diabetic nurse wasn’t helpful, would not consider methods to help. Would only quote textbook answers and say the same like a recorded line. Go elsewhere.

I used the Littleton Surgery today after my son fell at school today and because he banged his head(around 11am). I need to applaud the lady who attended to us. She went out of her way to help, despite there being no slots. She phoned around and got an appointment for us in Eccles. When I got to Eccles we were attended to smoothly. I have used willow tree surgery for 15 years and all the receptionists have consistently delivered. Thank you Salford Primary Care Together
