Very accommodating on my request of taking blood from back of hand instead of usual inside elbow, was so appreciated.
Its a shame they just don't listen. I am not able to use a mobile phone at work yet the surgery just say 'We will call you between 0830 and 1130' PLEASE LISTEN!!!!!! So now my mental health and anxiety is through the roof so much I am getting chest pains. When I finally do get to speak to a health care professional of late i do find them very caring and considerate. Just a shame cant be said of the appointment system.
