Recovery driver really bad refuses to collect car said not suitable for him yet another company come and collected no issues

If it were possible to give 0 starts I would. I've been waiting for nearly two weeks for my car to be collected, and didn't show up to pick up on the day arranged. They claimed to give me a call which I didn't pick up, however, there is no reccord of a missed call on my phone. Seriously poor business and quite rude on the phone.

Salford Car Breakers were the company who scrapped my vehicle via removemycar.co.uk. They are a really great company who made it exceptionally easy to scrap my vehicle, even though I had lost my log book. The person collecting the vehicle was extremely nice, on time and managed the whole move. I was paid a few hours after the car was collected. Would recommend!

Decided to call here this eve looks like they would be helpful on the signs but past that I stood waiting while they just looked at me. I wanted tyres and he just said straiggt away we don't do this size. No recommendations no apolagy just blunt. looking at the state if the inside garage I've had a lucky escape clearly don't care about reputation or customer care. I have a ford KA not difficult really. Looking at other reveiws bad service is apparent
