Lost a lot of money for fba due to various issues like lost items and extra surcharge. Also be very careful about the 50% surcharge when the incoming package has less than 10 of the same item. I stopped to use their service because of all the issues since Sep 2024 and from Jan 2025 they started unauthorized charge of $50.50 to my credit card, probably they invented something new.

Do not ship here. This place is used for eBay/Paypal scams.
A fraudulent company used by PayPal scammers. Here's how it works: 1) The customer AKA scammer places an order on your website via PayPal. 2) The order (if undetected or usually approved by new e-commerce sellers) is shipped to this address. 3) The customer then claims that the goods were either a) damaged, b) not received, or c) not as described. 4) The customer initiates a claim with PayPal and unless you have Merchant Protection, you're almost certainly going to lose the case. This company has employees ordering goods from people's online accounts and having them shipped there. Not trying to hide it either. Like others have said- report to local police.
