Don is the man. He did a routine maintenance check on my car for free! I feel like I can really trust this guy.
Brought my car in for a second opinion, after being suspicious of the initial diagnostic from another shop. Turns out I was right to be suspicious, and Don confirmed that I didn't need a $1700 "fix" that wouldn't address the actual problem. He was honest and said he still couldn't 100% identify the cause, but narrowed it down to a likely transmission issue, and recommended a nearby transmission shop. Oh, and he did this for free. This will be my go to shop going forward. Refreshing to have someone honest look at your car.
I would never take my vehicle anywhere except Sales! A true gem. I trust Don completely!
David and Dan have took care of me every time. Rare to find a mechanic shop like this nowadays I’ll go here every time my truck decides to be a wimp!
