My car was hit while parked. Salerno Auto Body Shop was recommended as one of the best auto body shops. I have to say I agree. They did an excellent job on my van . They are very courteous excellent customer service. They would update me on everything that was going on. When I picked up the van it looked new. They are honest and trusted auto shop. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing auto body work or a good and trusted auto mechanic. Excellent.
Hung up when asking if they can repair a small dent. Then sent number to voicemail. Don’t waste your time here
The shop is ok. I replaced oil there once and it was good. They are quick and do not overcharge. I replaced oil there a month ago and this caused my VW Golf to be sluggish and weak. I brought the car back to them - nothing, everything is fine, use more expensive gas. I took the car to another mechanic - same, everything is fine. It took extensive AI conversations to diagnose the issue myself - they overfilled the oil and for VW’s that an issue. For a VW i’d suggest going to a specialist instead.

The entire team at Salerno is honestly incredible. Being a local who lives just around the block I have been going to Salerno’s for all my car needs for a few years now and literally every time I’ve pulled into their lot I’ve been met with kindness, fast attention to addressing whatever is happening with my car, and amazing prices to boot.
