I got into my first accident in NYC and didn't know where to go, I'm so grateful that I went to Salerno Body Shop. I would specifically like to thank Mario, Sal, and Derek. They helped me figure out how to manage my insurance claim with Geico, kept me informed every step of the way with parts delivery, and were so gracious and accommodating. BEWARE WILL FORCE AUTOMATIC NYS INSPECTION FAIL!!!! Went in for a NY inspection. They claimed I will fail if I dont replace my wipers (which were fine and not torn the the day before. I would be aware if my wipers were torn and flapping around when I use them, but "somehow were torn" when I left the shop, WAS CUT BY A RAZOR BLADE OF SOME KIND) and my cabin filter.
