Went to the store needing to buy two gold pieces. Both were on sale, but attempted to get a better price the pieces were still quite expensive. We were informed we can only get an additional $50 off which I knew wouldn't of been the case. The sales assistant went off to ‘speak’ to the boss she returns telling us all she can do is $50 off. Had nothing but a great experience with Saleras, mainly due to the customer service we received from Sophie. She took care of all our questions, concerns, and explained everything to us with incredible patience. She was genuinely caring in what we wanted. The rings turned out great and price point was fair. Visit as a family ( my wife , and our daughters ) on 08.11.25 Saturday around noon Salera’ s Highpoint Level 2 next to Kmart. We flagged how we are serious about our two daughters each first Longines and myself new one and my wife new one as well as an upgrade ! Asian mature women sales person ! gave us very very casual service quite rude while putting watches in our hands and taking them back very quick ! while rushing for other customers which came in after us although other staff was available for the incoming customers! ... read more
