I’m embarrassed for them. I’ve made the mistake of purchasing products from this store twice, every time I go in I can’t wait to leave. Rude staff that wear crocs, while judging customers. While I was purchasing my items the older woman looked at my account to complete her “checks” her face was really surprised when I bought a Gucci watch last week from the other store (because this store can’t even get a licence to sell Gucci) I was surprised she was able to use a computer and hasn’t retired yet. I had a disappointing experience with Salera's Highpoint store ( Level 2) nearest to Kmart. I brought my item in for repair, but despite the fact that the repair was going to cost more than to purchase a new one. I did not proceed. They kept my deposit without this being stipulated on repair form. Deposit went towards courier cost. I found that very strange . I happened to walk past this store and noticed a Tag Heuer watch that I had found back in 2017 but never bought and regretted it. I was soo excited to see it in the window! I went inside eagerly and spoke with a nice lady named Nancy. She showed me the watch and I fell in love with it all over again, but alas, I could not afford it.
