Terrible customer care. The two ladies were just busy chatting and didn't even acknowledge I was there. When they finally decided to stop talking and answer my query they just told me some lies to brush me off and go back talking to each other. No wonder the shop it's always empty. Stay away.
Bought a faulty $750 limited Edition watch from Catherine yesterday and on my attempt to get the watch replaced by her today, discovered a/ the whole batch is running way fast; b/ she is highly unprofessional and is unaware of local laws protecting buyers here. C/ she threatened me with security even as she falsely claimed I had scratched the band which she herself adjusted for me yesterday . I am escalating this and know my rights extensively. The worst service. I have attempted to buy from them twice but the service ladies don’t ever look up from their conversations behind the register only to glance up and down at what you are wearing to make the assumption that you obviously don’t belong. Yes ladies we can hear you talking and snickering!
Called to see if they could take 2 or 3 links out of a mens metal watch wristband- First they LIED about it - giving me some line about it being different than other mens watches and having two pins per link instead of one (lol royal BS) - THEN they quoted at $50.....to take out two links. Bunch of thieves.
