Great service, but.. You would think that they would do better than wrapping a $2500 ring in tissue paper after they repaired it. I was shocked that it was returned that way. The repair was awesome. But really, you couldn't have put it a small throw away box? Idk maybe the small boxes are to expensive?

My husband needed new batteries for 2 watches. Jessica is very friendly and visited with me while another employee changed the batteries. The employee had a problem with one of the watches and Jessica took over but came out to explain there was a problem with the watch stem and Jessica said Salem's would repair the watch at no charge to me. Excellent customer service plus beautiful jewelry to purchase.

Went in to have a battery replaced and because they put the wrong size battery they told me the watch was broken and would be about $600 to fix it. I said no, I’ll just take the watch back. I then took the watch to my jeweler “Ranch Road Jewelry” in Cedar Park they checked the watch out, put the correct size battery in and the watch works perfectly fine. I believe the woman that helped me at Salem Jewelry was hungover from the night before, she didn’t act normal and stared at me weird. I don’t recommend this store.
