I ordered food for the whole meal to be made incorrectly then when I brought the food back in for them to correct the food I was asked can I just toss my wings myself if they provide the sauce because they are to busy. I literally waited in line for 10 minutes came in twice for them to correct my order.
I’m not the type of person who is easily satisfied, but today at Salem’s on Havendale, I couldn’t ask for more. Kenzie provided me with excellent customer service—she was friendly, attentive, and helpful. She assisted me with my order and even suggested some great food options. Her attitude made my visit a very pleasant experience. Thank you, Kenzie!
