I used Salem Travel but never again. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but once we reached Greece, the trip would tell all. When we reached out to the agency to verify or confirm transportation, we could never get a response or accurate information, often leaving us to fend for ourselves--very frustrating. Don't recommend for international travel. Wouldn't refund $100 pp Agency Fee. If you use this agency, don't be surprised if something should go wrong abroad that you will be on your own to sort it out. Salem Travel arranged excursions through a travel agency abroad who was non-responsive and provided pre-paid excursion details at the last possible minute.
