No need to go anywhere else, Salem Summit Company is amazing, great service and helpful team. Thank you for all the advice.
Went in to check on sale items and would of liked to see more of a sale. I love this store but moving the sale items where everyone walks in front makes it hard to look.
I’ve been supporting and purchasing products at the store since they’ve opened. I really try and support local businesses and I’ve always had relatively good experiences here. Recently, I tried to return a product with a receipt (it was unused), but they wouldn’t accept it due to their return policy also needing original packaging. Pretty frustrating considering their dedication to the customer experience as described in other reviews. I’ll take my outdoor purchases somewhere else.
