If I could leave a no star I absolutely would! Very rude!!! when I came to drop off the truck I was told the truck was in the wrong spot , asked for the keys to move the truck , walked right past me , and decided to charge me a $25 cleaning fee for no reason as the vehicle was retuned as is . Dogs barking in the office space , unprofessional and unpleasant
The associate behind the counter was extremely knowledgeable about the Uhaul renting process and was very helpful when inspecting and connecting the trailer to my vehicle. I highly recommend this location for any Uhaul needs.
Staff was incredibly rude and verbally aggressive. He had 2 dogs in the building who were growling, barking and advancing towards my husband as if they were going to attack him. The staff member yelled at my husband when he was asked to remove them and was told to leave.
