Dr Tracy Caswell was not very comforting or kind. I was already embarrassed about the health of a few of my teeth, and she emphasized everything that was wrong despite my feelings. I had even explained to her that I have had a doctor before who said “oh WOW” when looking at me, and she proceeded to do the exact same thing when looking at my ear, my face when I took my mask off, and when looking at my teeth. I took my daughter there because it should be cheaper than an emergency room visit....It wasn't. They charged the $30 copay and billed us a separate lab fee for over $600 for 3 swab tests for covid, flu, and strep. She wasn't even complaining of a sore throat. Usually anywhere else we may get $30 lab fee. An out of pocket ER visit would've been $500. Isn't that the point of having a clinic. This is ridiculous.

They wont give you what you need the first time around, so I called back several days later, because my daughter was still having sinus issues. Now they want her to come back in and its another copay. Dont waste your time or money with them and go somewhere else.
