The RHC staff was very professional, friendly, and welcoming. My experience was fantastic! The area was very clean and they got me roomed in a timely manner. Roger Young was very thorough and knowledgeable! He took the time to listen to my concerns and provided excellent patient care! Highly recommend!
When I arrived there was 4 people ahead of me. One couple got called back and after a few minutes one of them came out and registered and went right back to his own room. Then after sitting there over 2 hours there was still one lady ahead of me, I got up and told them I was waiting any longer. I was told to wear a mask and a couple other people come in coughing all over and no masks.
Ridiculous amount of wait time. 2 hours to be seen first thing in the morning.
