Horrible customer service, purchased a piece of "new" equipment which clearly had been reused. I walked around the store/warehouse twice before anyone asked if I needed help. I will never, ever, ever, shop there again. Go north to Portland or south to Eugene if you have restaurant supply needs.
Purchased an overpriced used fridge unit. Compressor blew within 2 weeks of use. Quote to fix it was nearly same price as unit itself. Learned my lesson and will use ‘Roses’ in Portland from here on out. Nothing but the best there. Everything these guys sell is overpriced and unreasonable.

I have an issue with one of their "install techs". There are some that come equipped with tools, supplies (that I would obviously pay for if I need them) and a willing attitude. Obviously, I don't know as much as a tech does, about equipment. That is what I hire and use them for. However, I have had the same tech come out twice, to help us "install" a brand new dishwasher in an old building.
