They left me with a severe kidney infection on top of a kidney stone! I asked the dr about antibiotics due to seeing my UA results and he said no. He didn’t know what was wrong with me and gave me lidocaine patches. I ended up back at the ER two days later at UH Ravenna on IV Antibiotics due to kidney infection. And after just 2 days my flank pain is almost done! Imagine that! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Took my girlfriend In for severe abdominal pain had to drive an hour to Nile’s to pick her up from school crying in the fetal position for them to make us wait 3 hours of her curled up in a ball in the waiting room it absolutely amazes me of the lack of care in this facility had two other patients walk out of the er from ridiculous wait times there’s nothing worse than seeing someone you care about in pain and if you go here you will just get to sit in a waiting room and watch them suffer I wouldn’t even use this place as a ... read more

Nurses and docs I had were great admittedly, but don't bother going on a weekend unless you don't have another option. They'll pump some meds and maybe fluids and then tell you to leave because they don't have ultrasound in on weekends and they "can't do anything else because your labs are normal". I'm still sick. All I got help with was a few hours of sleep in spite of the vomiting. Could've told me BEFORE I wasted my time staying because they knew I'd need an ultrasound due to the cause of the vomiting.
