I visited Salem Radiology today as a first time expecting mom who went for my first fetal ultrasound. I can’t say enough good things. The person checking me in I believe her name was Cassandra was an absolute delight. I was SO nervous and she was so friendly, she was very excited for me and she made me feel at ease with great conversation. The technician who did the ultrasound was very nice, explained things well to me, and also put me at ease. I had a good experience with the staff , don't be afraid .
I hope I read this review before I went to the clinic. The experience was OK, but the bill is ridiculous. I received multiple bills for one visit. One is the Xray itself, the other is the facility charge. And I have to pay a lot out of my pocket. Never use this one!
I would give it no stars if I could. They imaged the wrong body part. What ever happened to verifying before a procedure!
