Be honest and professional with your communication. I asked for my riding lawnmower to be looked at, as there was something wrong with the transmission after only 72 hours of use over 4 years. When I brought the mower in to them I had to unload it myself as there was inadequate staff to do this for me and I prepaid my $90 fee to have the problem assessed. Picked up a no-spill gas can and 2-stroke mix for our blower. They have the good stuff and the pro equipment and repair service to boot.
