Within 6 months, 5 or 6 different brackets broke. When I asked questions about the treatment plan and alternatives, my child was kicked out of the practice. I guess the moral is don’t ask questions that may be interpreted the wrong way
I had a quick Invisalign check with Dr. Salem. He is always very pleasant and professional and took a moment to chat, which I appreciated.
Dr. Salem is an excellent doctor and super friendly. His manner is exceptional. Both of my children had their braces done under his care. When both of them lost retainers he never made them feel guilty. Instead, he stressed the importance of wearing them as directed. I'm only sorry that we no longer have an insurance plan that is excepted by at the location that we've grown accustom. If anyone asks I would definitely send them to Dr. Salem.
Everytime we have a visit, everyone is very friendly! My daughter loves it there! They always make her feel comfortable!
