***RENTERS BEWARE**** This neighborhood is absolutely beautiful. However, management is very poor and unprofessional. The office manager is Brooke, and she does not know what she is doing. She talks bad about the tenants that she doesn’t like with other staff members. She never answers emails or phone calls. She’s nice at first but is really mean afterwards. I wish I would have done more research on this property. Now I am stuck in a lease and can’t get out. I asked for a fence since I live by a pond which is dangerous and was insured that I would get one. Well after I signed the lease now I can’t get a fence. The Basement leaks and my things got damage and no one came to fixed it after being called and emailed several times. I literally had a pond in my basement. Honestly Brooke and Alyshea have been a breath of fresh air when it comes to finding a new home. Both ladies made the selection process super easy. Salem Oaks is definitely a gem in McDonough!
Beautiful newly constructed homes with well maintained grounds. Onsite management with leasing agents who are very helpful and accommodating. Happy I made the choice to move into Salem Oaks!
Salem Oaks was listed in my top 3 when I started looking for homes in McDonough. After meeting with Ms.Brooke, it easily became my top choice. She was extremely warm and professional. I would recommend Salem Oaks to anyone looking for a luxury lease experience.
