Had an appointment today at 10 and always go to the king office and upon arrival it was closed, come to find out they moved the appointment to the Winston office without notice .. Its ridiculous, when we got to the Winston office late they wouldn't take 5 minutes to give us our shots because we was late well hell it weren't our fault nobody let us know about not being at king at all.. wasted a hundred mile round trip for nothing and I damn sure don't appreciate it one bit.. Premier Neurology group of the Southeast
Went and saw Dr.Hill. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone from front desk and back was very kind and caring.
I had an 8 am appointment. I was taken back to a room at 8:15. At 8:45 am I stepped out and asked the nurse when I would be seen as I had to go to work. The nurse informed me that the Dr had been held up at the hospital at would be late. Nearest hospital is at least a 30 minute drive. Nurse claimed he was now on the way. Earliest I could be seen would be 9:15 am for an 8 am appointment. I know that issues arise and Doctors are sometimes late, but I feel the staff could have at least let me know he was running over 1 hour lat... read more
