I love my doctor and have had him for over 10 Years, but today I went to my appointment and evened up at an empty building. I drove from Virginia to King NC for that appointment. I canned the office to notify them that they didn’t give me any notice. I then drove from King NC to Mt. Airy NC to the new location. Now, I’m just wondering how long I will have to wait even though it’s their fault. I have had Runheim as my neurologist for about 10 years, even before the new location. I love my doctor and his staff has been excellent. He takes his role seriously and his patient’s best interest first. I truly appreciate him and his staff.
Always go to the king off unless they can't get me in.. my Doctor , dr. Runheim Always runs late. He has treated me for my seizures and major head trauma. I couldn't ask for a better doctor. But the staff has some problems. Rude, my caring for the patients. I feel they need another job. He had the best staff 20 yrs ago. Now they just push you through like cattle. I can deal with the staff so I can see my doctor. If you make a complaint to the doctor he addresses the staff according to the problem. That is what I did .
Had an appointment today at 10 and always go to the king office and upon arrival it was closed, come to find out they moved the appointment to the Winston office without notice .. Its ridiculous, when we got to the Winston office late they wouldn't take 5 minutes to give us our shots because we was late well hell it weren't our fault nobody let us know about not being at king at all.. wasted a hundred mile round trip for nothing and I damn sure don't appreciate it one bit..
