I’ve been coming to Salem Nail Bar for years. I’ve never had an issue with service, it’s always clean, and they have a great color selection. Shout out Ari, she’s one of my fave techs with a great sense of humor.

I initially loved the designs, but unfortunately my experience ended very differently. During one of my appointments, I noticed a red line on my nail and brought it to their attention. I was told it was “nothing.” A few months later, I went to a nail specialist because of the condition of my nails, and I was told they had been filed/buffed too aggressively, leaving my natural nails scratched, thin, and damaged. I would give no stars if I could. just had my gel removed - the process took exactly 5 mins. The nail professional totally rushed it and I had to ask her to please remove the color on the sides of my nails, too. She was super rough and it seems she took too much off as my nails are now super brittle which they weren’t before I got the gel. She asked if she should cut them and I asked her to just clip them but that’s it. I was asked to pay $20 for this 5 min visit.
