Horrible experience. I had an appointment for 2pm did not get seen until 2:30. Then the appointment was rushed. I got dip nails and the NEXT DAY they began to chip. The nail technician rushed the manicure and did a horrible job.

I have been going here for almost three years and after my experience today, I will not be returning. I called ahead to book an appointment for a builder gel fill and asked the cost. The owner who answered the phone said it was $58. While in, I decided to try cat eye nail color over the builder gel for the first time. When I went to check out, she told me that it was an additional $15. I wasn’t upset about it but simply replied saying “I didn’t realize it was an extra $15. When I called you said $58”. I had a Gel-X service done here and unfortunately it was a huge letdown. The nails were uneven, bulky, and poorly shaped, with visible flaws that shouldn’t happen with a professional service. The application felt rushed, and within a short time the nails started lifting, which is unacceptable for Gel-X. I paid good money expecting quality work, but instead left unhappy and frustrated. I ended up needing them fixed elsewhere. I wouldn’t recommend this place for Gel-X services and won’t be coming back.

If I could give a zero I would my nails r literally barely even a tip I get them extremely short and was charged 85$ it’s been 3 days and one already broke. This place is outrageous
