I booked with Audrey a few weeks ago for the first time for a dip manicure and gel pedicure. Unfortunately, the dip came out extremely bulky and poorly done. During the pedicure, she was also very rough and left the skin underneath both of my toes raw, sensitive, and painful. A couple of weeks later, I called the salon to make an appointment to have the dip removed and was booked with Audrey again. I’m always happy with my service at Salem Nail Bar. I’ve been coming here for over 10 years and the service is always quality work well done and done quickly, even though they always have many customers. They are very knowledgeable as they can do any design and stay up-to-date with new advances.
Obsessed with my birthday manicure! I showed Audrey my nail inspiration and was hoping for the best but she matched the picture identically. Every time I come here I have a great experience and love all the girls who work here. I highly recommend!
I had such an amazing experience with Lyna! It’s been SO long since I’ve had a pedicure where I genuinely felt like the person took their time and cared about the little details instead of just trying to rush through the service.
