Decided to give this place another try after leaving 2+ years ago due to multiple poor experiences of over three years of being a customer. Today I paid $53 for a basic 13 minute pedicure. The technician, per my confirmation text, named Tammy, never introduced herself, spoke a word to me, asked me any questions, thanked me, nothing. 0 stars. Didn’t do the foil thing to remove nails on my gf and caused her to bleed. No apology, no lower bill. Made her wait an hour in the water. Toes got pruned like little prunes. Tried to pressure her into getting eyebrows done. They hurt my baby. Expensive too

Salon is dirty. Nail tech didn’t get polish close enough to edges. Didn’t give fingers and hands massage stating cream would interfere with polish. Well so it may be and that’s why the massage is done BEFORE ya polish, then ya wash your hands. Only did it from wrist up and was done AFTER nails were polished. Nails weren’t smooth after filed and over all felt the process was rushed. The nails are not smooth, fine lines and bumps are seen. Must say it’s the worse place I’ve been to, sorry

Literally got the worst gel manicure here. Chipped after not even 2 days. The nail tech rushed through it and was done within 15 mins. Didn't do my cuticles well at all, left with 3 hang-nails. She filed my nails so short when I asked her not to. And she used the entirely wrong color, which I would have asked to have changed but it was about 100 degrees in the nail salon so I just wanted to leave at that point. Would not recommend, and would not go back.
