Couldn't get my MRI due to surgery and clips being installed. After a few weeks of not hearing anything I called to ask if they got any info. They said no. So took matters into my own hands and within an hour I had the make and model of the clips that were installed. Got that from the surgeon himself. Called Salem radiology back to give them the information they couldn't get. Imagine that. Being that it's almost 2024 the MRI machine is probably from when they were first made. They used to be good now they aren’t ever since they switched owners they don’t answer the phone or return voicemails. I hope they will fix it soon
Hasn't returned voice mails from 2 weeks ago. I have called over 20 times, over several days, to make an appointment, and no answer. Booked my imaging needs with a more professional provider.
Very nice and friendly people. Professional stuff.
