I had a disappointing experience at this walk-in clinic. My 2-year-old son had a high fever, and the receptionist told us we could still come if we arrived within 10 minutes because the doctor was leaving early. We arrived about 15 minutes later and the clinic already had a few patients in waiting. Now I understand that clinics have the right to stop accepting patients, but the receptionist’s response “I SAID 10 MINUTES!!” before asking us to leave was unnecessarily rude.
