Absolutely great experience! Their customer service was wonderful and would definitely recommend Salem Lakes Auto.
Decent auto repair shop.
First couple experiences went really well, good work and decent prices. However, my last visit I was sent a quote via text message. When I arrived to pay and pick up my car the invoice didn’t match my quote. I was informed the quote was incorrect and they did not honor what was sent to me. This mistake cost me nearly $250 more than what I had planned to spend. I will not be returning.
