On March 27, 2014 a police car accidently backed into my car. I was told that Salem Insurance Agency would handle the claim and there would be no problem. An accident report was filled out. Since that time my insurance agency has tried numerous times to get the claim settled. Salem Insurance will not return their phone calls. Salem Insurance Agency is happy to take my tax dollars in the form of preimums, but is not willing for settle a claim. It has now been over 30 days and still no response from Salem Insurance Agency.
