Treatment was ok. Doctor showed me therapy instructions, while I had a concussion and did not really retain what she showed me - would have been better to have a handout. ALSO, they put in the wrong date for when I came to the ER. Crazy. They put in one month earlier - now it is on all my records wrong.
The staff were super nice and reassuring, they made sure I was comfortable and they treated me with the upmost kindness and care, if I have a medical emergency I wouldn't think twice about coming here
All 3 times when I came in to the ER I was well cared for. I'm so thankful for both different doctors when I came in first and second time. I will be coming to this ER and hospital if I ever need to come back. I'm also grateful that I don't live that far away.
DON'T GO HERE FOR A CT!! these were the earliest people who could get me in and now I know why! Not only was the experience bad but now they are REFUSING to send my doctor the images!!! What is WRONG with them???!
Defiantly get back to a room fast but almost feel as if they rush through to just get you out the door without actually figuring out what's wrong
