Came into the clinic with a broken toe. Needless to say I was in the worst pain. I've never met a more uncaring group of staff. From reception to NP, they were all terrible. They were unskilled, lazy, and rude. Its been a month since i visited that place Im still traumatized! I cant believe the way they let me suffer in pain, waiting for my appointment in the waiting room, even when they had availability in their clinic! They were the worst humans in health care I ever met! Stay away from this place! There are plenty others.

I went out there to sit with my friend who had broken her toe The staff was incredibly rude to her and there was no need for it they made her wait for hours and still never got back to her told her she had to have an appointment so there's no such thing as urgent care except for if you're passing out then you drive up and they take you right away but other than that you have to have an appointment there's no need to be so rude completely unsympathetic to people who are in pain they shouldn't be on the healthcare business
