It wasn't a bad experience. I had 4 keys made and the lady that made was super quick. I've had them take way longer. But the lady that helped me was super friendly. Maybe she was having a bad day. I don't know. But when I need keys made again. I will definitely come back!
Matt and Tina are the best. They are friendly and helpful, and if they do not have what you are looking for, they will order it for you. They have a little bit of everything in hardware, and they also rent items, such as scaffolding and other helpful items most do not own for lack of need on a regular basis. They are also a local U-Haul dealer, and we have used the service several times.
They work with you which is great!!!
