Won't be returning. Spend good money for service work. Have to go back for something the techs messed up each and every time. Most recent was my oil cap was left off after a simple oil change. Spent another hour the next day for them to clean it up, with nothing but a sorry. Service writers are great, but the techs are not. Fortunately I got rid of the crap box they sold me last year, at a massive loss, but im no longer bound to this place by the warranty. My husband took his F-350 to Salem Ford for a warranty repair that my local dealer could not do. The service folks at Salem Ford got it scheduled right in and took care of the repair and also took care of a few other items that needed attention on the truck. I appreciate the work they performed to keep my vehicle in good running condition.
Fast service, very friendly staff. I’d return back there. 5 Stars.
