I have been a Salem Five customer for over 15 years and one of the major reasons why is how great the staff at the Sudbury branch service me. They are always eager to help me with anything I need and always greet me by name when I am there. If you want a great bank with amazing personal service go see Olga and her team. You won’t be disappointed!
Online not good; always some issue like not being able to transfer funds between internal accounts. No high div cd's. Finally closed account. Mgr was Indifferent and discussing a family member's wedding plans with another staff member.
Super Friendly and took care of my issue in literal minutes! So glad I use them as my bank!
Excellent service, great fees (when applicable) - beats any large bank hands down. No foreign transaction fees either. Impeccable online and mobile access. We have been in this bank for many years and still very happy.
