The only people here that have any manners are the ones who take x-rays and blood work. Everyone else is very rude especially on the phone. They will harass you with text messages about your appointment confirmation and paperwork. Three different times I've had appointments where my doctor was sick and we had to reschedule. The only time they actually care about getting you into your appointment is when it's a health visit. The staff have always been nice and accommodating. My needs are usually met without any issues. Overall, pretty good experience the past 9 years that Dr. Phillips has been my doctor.
