I LOVE SALEM !! BEST TEAM THERE IS HANDS DOWN !! great management, wonderful providers, and excellent group of medical assistance. Front staff is friendly and welcoming!
My actual primary care left the practice and the next guy was less interested...he took time to admire my watch tho. Billing waited a month before initiating record transfer for my new doctor, which could only be done by snail mail.. just to let me know I needed to pay $13 to move them weeks later...seriously!
Had a really great experience with them. Renee was exceptionally helpful and helped me resolve an issue I was having. Highly recommend going here.
I used to go there, my provider care is always out.
