Excellent customer service. My hygienist, Diamond, was terrific. She was caring, professional and thorough. The dentist was very pleasant and honest, and didn’t try to push unnecessary treatments, which I really appreciated. My kids really enjoy their trip to the dentist since we started coming here.
I had my first appointment booked for 2:00 PM and called at 10:30 AM to reschedule, providing reasonable notice. Despite this, I was told there would be a cancellation fee, which feels unreasonable. More concerning was the receptionist, Debi, who was rude and lacked basic professionalism. For a first interaction with a new patient, this was a very poor experience. Based on this alone, I would not recommend this clinic.
Dr. David and his incredible staff are literally the best! He has helped me countless times and with such kindness and care. This is truly a group of awesome professionals and even though it’s a dentist office, I always have a wonderful experience. Often businesses have catchy taglines BUT Dr David and his fantastic staff actually ‘care like we are a family’. Thank you for ALL that you do every single time I am there.
