We were going to our family Christmas party today to celebrate with our 101 year old Grandfather and I was making the cheese dip with a bottle of Rose and Ivy Pecan pepper sauce. Things were all ready to go when I discovered my jar had broken and it was a couple of hours before Salem Creek opened. I called and Laura answered the phone and I explained the situation and the fact that we were planning on leaving very shortly. This place is amazing and their staff are equally amazing.
I love Salem Creek and have shopped there for many years. On 11/13/16 I bought a 7.5' Winslow Fir tree at their annual open house. When I put up the tree today (11/15/16 ) one strand of lights kept flickering off and on. After talking to Laura, she had Tony drive to my house in Lexington and he replaced the section of the tree causing the problem. From start to finish it was only an hour and a half. This is service of very BEST level. Thank you Salem Creek!!!
