I wish there were an option for a zero rating. Be aware of some of the sponsored ratings given by many. Stayed here for almost 11 months. The rent is higher among some of the nearby apartments for the same or low quality of the services provided. The apartment will not be properly/professionally clean when you move in. The apartment looks great from the outside, but when you start living you will realize how old the apartments are. You will spend double on electricity and heat. My fiancé and I lived here for about two years while I was in school, we didn’t have too many issues until move out when our deposit wasn’t given back due to cleaning fees and for a “full apartment repaint” which wasn’t necessary. Yes, there were a few areas from curtain rods and some things that were hung that could and will probably be easily patched instead of repainted, but I feel like that should be expected?
