Our family (four adults) applied on July 16th. Four fees were charged, one for me, my wife, and each daughter. The problem is, we weren't supposed to be charged for the applications. They told us they would refund the money. Since then, my wife, Gabriela R. Fernandes, contacted them via text messages and also by phone, several times, but until now there's no response from Salem.
They responded fast to my emails, making easier the application process. The problem is that at the moment I did the application they were not charging for that. But the system charged me the fee anyway. They told me they would give me the fee application money back, but they never did. I still have no answer about my money, despite having call them several times the last two weeks.
