Keith shouldn't be working with the public he is not a nice person at all! And this service department is highway robbery. They printed out 3 pages of codes off my jeep but could somehow "narrow it down" to a blind spot sensor. 🤔 That's why it wouldn't move??? I don't think so, I refused to pay the $2,500 they wanted for said sensor and just paid the $183 for the diagnostic test and now that it should be covered under my powertrain like I originally thought they don't want to refund me if that's what it is. I went in for a recall repair. At that time I had a headlight out, I had the bulb in the car and when I picked up my car they had changed it for free I would like to thank Zach Tompkins for going above and beyond!
