Installer Fail, Poor Company Follow Up: Our process with Carpet One started smoothly. We worked with Kent on selecting new carpet for a rental property. He was professional and responsive. When I called to confirm the installation, apparently Kent no longer worked there. The installers ended up leaving a door off a hinge and the hinge on the floor and they did not bother telling us (or Carpet One) that there was an issue so I was told everything went well when they called to collect the final payment.
