Been trying to talk to Ashley every day for 2 weeks. Have left serval messages & girls saying she will call me back with no returned calls. Not sure if she is the only person they have for scheduling & insurance approval but if she is she needs more help. A simple phone calls back would help with piatence & stress on getting treatment started.
