Personable, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Brought in my Mercedes for multiple projects (door handle, brakes, transmission, spark plugs, filter etc) saved me thousands of dollars compared to what the dealership was going to charge me. Highly recommend and will be back
Tony and Billy have been great. I had a headlight for my 2013 BMW a few years ago and the work was great. This year my other light needed to be replaced so I came back to Salem Auto. The light was installed, but due to a manufacturing defect the light got condensate in it. Tony had a new one ordered and replaced within 2 weeks. Great service and ownership! -Walter

Tony is the best! You will not be disappointed in his service. He took time to explain to me that MB was honoring failed subframe and replacing the part. Sometime later he fixed my car after many unsuccesful attempts from local mechanics. His knowledge, willingness to explain problems in layman terms, integrity and prices are the best around. They are open on Saturdays which helps tremendously. I know I will be his customer for the rest of my life. Thank you Tony and Billy.
