Salem Auto just charged me $700+ dollars for some electrical problems caused by a mice infestation. Car was fixed within the day, but got charged $550 in labor on top of a $139 diagnostics fee, plus $27.56 in materials (ha). Fair pricing or not, you can make your own judgement. Personable, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Brought in my Mercedes for multiple projects (door handle, brakes, transmission, spark plugs, filter etc) saved me thousands of dollars compared to what the dealership was going to charge me. Highly recommend and will be back
Tony and Billy have been great. I had a headlight for my 2013 BMW a few years ago and the work was great. This year my other light needed to be replaced so I came back to Salem Auto. The light was installed, but due to a manufacturing defect the light got condensate in it. Tony had a new one ordered and replaced within 2 weeks. Great service and ownership! -Walter
