I cannot speak more highly about the staff at Salem Animal Hospital. Our dog was hit by a car, he had never been to this vet before but they took him in and treated him with utmost care and compassion. I want to thank the whole staff for saving our dogs life. A special shout out to Dr Ferris, Dr Perez and technicians London and Elizabeth, care coordinator Amanda and Rachel. You are forever in my heart, thought and prayers. RecommendedI have had nothing but good experiences at this facility. I've seen both of the vets and had 4 office visits total. I would recommend Animal Care Center of Salem.
The staff are very patient with Charlie who has a bit of anxiety especially when he is there for daycare. Every time I call to check on him Tonya or Sarah (usually those are the 2 answering the phones) are always there to say “he is doin just fine”. They reassure me he is fine as soon as I leave the building and don’t seem bothered that I am calling to check on him. Today they treated my Ella with, to be honest, better results than I expected. I was fully expecting to lose her but she came home with me the same evening. Granted we are not in the clear just yet but we have a plan. Everyone treated me very kindly and with respect. The treatment was top notch as well. I have nothing but good things to say about Animal Care Center of Salem and would highly recommend them to anyone.
Again you were amazing. Last Friday we brought our kitty in as an emergency. You couldn’t do anything for her so you sent me to the emergency Vet. I appreciate everything you tried to do for us!! We are Blessed to have you to care for fur babies ❤️😇🐱
We had to put our cat Bandit down a couple of weeks ago and we got the nicest sympathy care from the great folks at the clinic. It brought tears to our eyes, not only because we miss our cat, but how thoughtful and compassionate everyone is. God bless you all
