I have hired Mahmood Owners of the business service, and he agreed to do the job for the amount we agreed upon. On good faith i have paid her $2000 cash, and he started with primer, then he asked for 2000 more for the same scope and mentioned he hasn't thought about caulking ( promised to use Benjamín more and used cheaper paint Sherwin Williams).
