I second the zero stars. The staff are awful, rude and have no respect whatsoever. They could care less about the patients and their well being. Go elsewhere. Dr Papa was wonderful and so was his staff. This is a heartbreaking as patients for so many years.

If I could give a 0 star rating I would. Terrible office staff, terrible doctor. My kids were long time patients of Dr. Papa before he retired, never once had a complaint. Then, this incompetent idiot took over the practice. He would see my children and not even glance at the chart before entering the room. He never knew their names or why they were there.
