If I could give 0 stars I would! I’ve been to this place twice and called countless times to get my horn and the issue in my brakes fixed and no one was trained or experienced enough to identify what was wrong and received my car back as it was, after them keeping it for the whole day!
AVOID! Not one to usually post reviews but if I can help one person avoid Sale Motor Group it’ll be worth it! RACV towed my car here after it had broken down around the corner and required a new battery and alternator. Took two weeks to receive an itemised quote, any time I would call for an update or any information I would get “I’ll check and call you back in 30 minutes” and then hear nothing. We were traveling on our 2017 Pathfinder when the car started sputtering and the engine light came on outside of Rosedale. We called ahead to the Sale Nissan dealer and we brought it in right before they were to close. They quickly put a computer to check for faults. We had to go to Bairnesdale for business that weekend. They had a young man drive us to get a rental car and took our car for the weekend. They easily fixed the problem in record time after the weekend. If I could give all the staff a 10, I would!
