I have ordered Contour Next blood test strips 3 times without any issues and was very satisfied. The most recent order was a big fail however. I placed it, was charged and waited. I realized I never received any emails, so went looking for one, and found no acknowledgement of my order. I emailed them 3 separate times and heard NOTHING. I told them in the last one I would report them if I didn't hear back-which I did not. I did, to Paypal who I used for the purchase. They investigated and have refunded my $80.
