Took my 16 month old daughter in emergency, recommended by hospital nurse, just to wait 3 hours… my little one cried whole night and wasn’t able to sleep. Took her back agin in the morning with the same disappointment… I don’t understand how can they do it with infants….

Presented to ED and was taken in immediately as my issue was potentially life-threatening. Had blood work and scans done within the hour. Nurse Jenna was incredibly caring, supportive, helpful, and advocated for me when needed. She took time to explain even more than the doctor shared in the end, and it was incredibly helpful. Both the doctor and nursing team were lovely. Grateful to have this team nearby. Rooms and the building in general look pretty rough. I hope the hospital gets some more funding soon.

I went to the emergency department today, the staff were amazing saw me quickly and took my concerns seriously. I was really happy with the care I received. The nurses and Dr Ben were fantastic, really kind and took the time to explain what was going on to me.

The experience was absolutely awful. I was in excruciating pain and couldn't move at all without screaming. They gave me seven different painkillers, but none worked. I was left alone in a room for hours without the call button near me, and I couldn’t reach it. A few hours later, they wanted to discharge me and pulled my bed upright. The staff here are angels - from the nurses to reception and the doctors, everyone treated me with respect and kindness, not to mention the quality of care was really good too.
